How long after I place my order will it ship out?

We aim to ship all items out from our workshop within 1-2 weeks of purchase. However, due to the handcrafted nature of our products, sometimes it might take a few days longer. If you have a rush order, please send us an email at info@persistencegoods.com, include your order number, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

What is your Shipping Policy?

All orders in the United States ship FREE via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. Free shipping usually arrives in 1-4 business days after leaving our workshop, though it can take as many as 7 days, depending on your location.

Do you offer expedited shipping? 

We offer expedited shipping via FedEx Express, FedEx 2 Day, and FedEx Overnight services for an additional shipping fee, which is calculated at checkout.

Do you ship outside the United States?

We ship outside of the United States on a case by case basis. Please email us with your international shipping address, and we will send you an estimate of shipping cost and transit time. Unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping outside of the United States.

 What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery date, and return shipping is free. Items must be unused and in original packaging with tags intact. We are a very small company and cannot accept returns that have been used or show signs of wear.

In the rare case of manufacturing defects, we will gladly repair or replace your item.

How do I make a return?
  1. Please email returns@persistencegoods.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. We will email you with an approval and free return label. 
  3. Ship your order back to us using the return label (free) or the carrier of your choice (you pay shipping). 
  4. Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email with the status of your return. 
  5. A credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Processing time will depend on your method of payment and your bank’s policies.
How do I place an exchange? 

We are unable to offer exchanges at this time. If you change your mind and wish to exchange a product, please return the product and place a new order.
