Return Policy

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery date. Return shipping is free within the United States. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging which may include a dust bag. PERSISTENCE is a very small company and cannot accept returns that have been used or show signs of wear.

How to make a return

Sign in to your account with the email you used to place the order.
Click "Request return" and select the item that you want to return.
Select a return reason and add a note detailing why you're returning. The more information you can give us, the better! We truly want to delight our customers, and your honest feedback helps us do just that.
Click "Request return".
You will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Follow the instructions. Return shipping is free within the United States.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will issue a refund, and credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Processing time will depend on your method of payment and your bank’s policies.

Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and email info@persistencegoods.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that the situation can be fixed.

In the rare case of manufacturing defects, your item will be repaired or replaced.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Custom products such as special orders or personalized items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Returns on sale items or gift cards are not accepted.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges, but if you wish to exchange an item, return the the item you purchased and place a separate order for the new item.
