Construction and Handling Time

Please allow 3 weeks from purchase date for your item to be made in-studio.

 

Rush Orders

If you have a rush order, email info@persistencegoods.com, and include your order number. Rush orders will be handled on a case by case basis and are not always possible.

 

Shipping Times

All orders in the United States ship free via either UPS or USPS. Free shipping usually arrives in 2-5 business days after leaving the studio, though it can take as many as 7 days, depending on your location.

International shipping can take longer. Shipping time estimates can be seen during the checkout process.

*Please note that shipping time is the time it takes for your package to reach you after it leaves the studio.

 

Expedited shipping

Expedited shipping services are available for an additional shipping fee. Options are calculated and can be selected at checkout.
